The College of Nursing Student Nurses Association unit registered under State and National unit in the academic year 2012-2013.It Provides opportunities to participate in community health related activities and promotes legislative involvement of the nursing student.

PONGAL CELEBRATION 2024
The Traditional harvest festival of Tamil Nadu ‘pongal’ was celebrated at The Salvation Army Catherine Booth College of Nursing on 12.1.2024. The pongal started around 1:30pm. The students and the staffs arrived in Traditional veshti and sarees to mark the occasion. Each class was allotted spot for their celebration. The students and staff started making pongal in their respective allotted spots. It was an ambience filled with music and joyful moments. As the pongal came up to the brim of the pot and overflowed the students, were executed and exclaimed with joy as ‘pongalo pongal’ later the delicious pongal was served to the staff and the students shared among each class. The celebration ended up at 5:00pm and the students returned home with joy to enjoy their vacation.
